We follow ISO9001 standards, impellers will be manufactured in batches of 10 and every other batch 1 will be cmm tested. all setup tolerances are to .0002 tenths of a thow. Every impeller is measured and has to be in tolerance or it is discarded.
Balancing is one of the most important stages in a long life for bearings the allowed tolerance is 0.08 gram and our spec is 0.01 gram.
All impellers Will be hard anodized clear for corrosion resistant and scratch resistant.

IMPORTANT: For Xtreme and Race edition S/C you will need to upgrade the C/S oiling system to a 08 spec's. This allows oil to cool the clutch internally through the shaft. Also a option is the Rotax Racing hydraulic shaft update. Fail to do so will result in premature failure. There will not be any warranty.
